Counselling 2016-17 

College counsellors Mary Cronin and Ken Ewings are available from the start of term.  Their appointment times are :  Mary, Tuesdays 9.30am- 1.30pm, and Friday 10.30am-2.30pm;  Ken, Wednesdays 2.30-5.30pm.  To request an appointment please email counselling@heythrop.ac.uk 

Mentoring support 2016-17

University Mentoring is a great opportunity to receive extra support for your studies.  The sessions are individually tailored to help you reach your full potential.  Mentoring allows you to establish a private and safe relationship with a skilled professional who understands the demands of university life and the psychological and emotional difficulties that students can sometimes encounter.  Seven free sessions with a mentor might help you to improve your grades and participate more fully in your learning. Self-Sourced Internship Scheme

Did you know that Heythrop is running a self-sourced internship scheme? The programme is designed to allow you to seek an internship in the sector of your choice. It is funded by the College for up to four weeks at the London Living Wage - £9.40. There are 3 places left on this scheme! Grants

Did you know that you can apply for Overseas Volunteering Grants, an Employability training fund and funding for an academic conference?

Volunteering: Up to £1,000
Employability: Up to £200.
Conferences: Up to £300.

Book Club

Love reading? Want to build a passion for books? Book club is the perfect society for you. Anyone with a love of books or an enthusiasm to read is welcome. When? Starting in September. What to expect? A different book each month, incredible discussions and good food and drinks at each society and more!
