Maximum study duration for programmes commencing in 2016/17

Following the announcement that after 2018 Heythrop College will no longer be awarding University of London degrees, the maximum possible period of study for those starting in September 2016 is two years.  We are therefore admitting students in 2016 only to programmes of study for which the normal period of study is one year, so in almost all cases there should be no difficulties.  However, in the unhoped for event of students running into difficulties (e.g. health issues), it will not be possible to change from full-time to part-time study, and the maximum total period for which you will be permitted to suspend your studies will be one year.

While we are currently in discussions with Roehampton University regarding a possible strategic partnership in the future, we can confirm that all current students, as well as those who join us in September 2016 will receive a University of London degree upon successful completion of their studies.

For the latest updates on the partnership please see our news section.
