Location: Kensington Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX

We look forward to welcoming this year's graduands at Kensington Town Hall, for what will be an unforgettable celebration with friends, family and Heythrop academics and staff.

Those attending should have received an email containing their Ticket Collection Number. Please print the email and bring it with you ready to present at the Ticket Collection Point, on arrival at Kensington Town Hall.

Programme of events:

11.00am:         Ticket Collection opens at the Ticket Collection Point located on Level 1 in the Great Hall Foyer (opposite the entrance). Please note a cloakroom is available on the Lower Level where guests may leave their coats.

11.00am:         Gowning and photography commences.

- Gowning takes place in the Small Hall Foyer, located on Level 1, where Marston Robing will be available to assist.
- Photography will be in the Small Hall, located on Level 1.

1.30pm:           Doors open to the Great Hall.

1.45pm:           All graduands must be seated in the Great Hall no later than 1.45pm, so they can be checked, given a demonstration and prepared for the official presentation.

2.00pm:           Guests seated in the Great Hall.

2.20pm:           Doors close to the Great Hall.

2.30pm:           Graduation Ceremony begins.

4.00pm:           Reception held in the Great Hall Foyer on Level 1.

Please familiarise yourself closely with the proceedings outlined above so that your day runs as smoothly as possible.
Personal photography booked with our official photographer should, if at all possible, be done prior to the ceremony, although some students will be accommodated post-ceremony.
Please note that, aside from the post-ceremony reception, there are no catering facilities at Kensington Town Hall. However, there are many restaurants and food vendors very near to the venue, along Kensington High Street.

Additional tickets will be made available for sale on the day, but please note that these tickets will be for ad hoc seating; no further tickets will be available for seating with existing parties.
